CREDENTIALS

I have my Professional Associate Certified Coach Credential (ACC) from the International Coach Federation. ICF was started by Coach Thomas Leonard in 1995 and was a nonprofit organization. Its initial intention was for "fellow coaches to support each other and grow the profession." As ICF began to grow, the company created its "Core Competencies and built a Code of Ethics, setting the standard in the coaching field."

ICF has an Ethical Conduct Review Process and Independent Review Board in addition to coaching curriculum standards which ensures consistency in the training of the coaches. For more information visit http://www.coachfederation.org/
